Canlis Dinner

at Henrietta Red

On Tuesday, March 26th, Chef Julia Sullivan is excited to welcome her friend and fellow Food & Wine Best New Chef 2018 classmate, Chef Brady Williams, to join her in the kitchen at Henrietta Red. Traveling cross-country for the event from famed restaurant Canlis in Seattle where he serves as executive chef, Williams will be collaborating with Sullivan to showcase his contemporary fare from the great Pacific Northwest.

The fourth consecutive event in our Friends with Benefits series — and the last of our dining events in the series — we are eager to welcome Chef Williams as he prepares a prix fixe five-course menu. The menu will include copious snacks to start, alongside an optional beverage pairing* created by Henrietta Red sommelier Allie Poindexter.

Reservations are available in both the barroom and the dining room between 5:30 and 9:45PM, and can be made using the reservation window below. The oyster bar will be open for the evening as well.

Following suit with the preceding events from this series, the Canlis Dinner will benefit Chefs Cycle for No Kid Hungry — a 300-mile bike race in which both Sullivan and Williams are participating this May as a part of Team Food & Wine.

*don’t forget! To celebrate our ‘Yoga at the Ranch’ partnership with Jackalope Brewing Company from Sunday, March 10th, Henrietta Red is offering
Jackalope’s Snowman Stout In the barroom on tap; for every beer sold, $3 will be donated to Chefs Cycle!

Friends with Benefits

Event Series Supporting Chefs Cycle for No Kid Hungry

A series of events organized by Henrietta Red and Strategic Hospitality, our Friends With Benefits series will raise money for Chefs Cycle for No Kid Hungry, a 300 mile bike ride in Santa Rosa, California from May 14-16th.

These fundraising events, each of which will take place in various locations throughout Nashville, range from guest chef dinners to fitness-focused affairs. With almost two events taking place every month between February and May, there are plenty of opportunities to have a little fun for a good cause.

Our own Julia Sullivan, chef / co-owner of Henrietta Red, is participating in the ride for her second consecutive year, alongside Strategic Hospitality Creative Strategist Maddie Adams and Communications Specialist Jordan Farrell for their inaugural year. The three will be riding as a part of Team Food & Wine, each with a goal of raising $7,500.

About Chefs Cycle

Chefs Cycle is a one-of-a-kind national fundraising event featuring award-winning chefs and members of the culinary community who ride together in an effort to fight childhood hunger.

For the fourth year in a row, Chefs Cycle is engaging those who want to push their physical limits by embarking on a 300 mile ride. The Spring 2019 ride will take place May 14-16 in Santa Rosa, California, with a goal of 275+ chefs riding to raise $2.4 million in support of No Kid Hungry, a national nonprofit determined to end childhood hunger in America.

About No Kid Hungry

In America, 1 in 6 kids will face hunger this year. No Kid Hungry is an organization that works to connect children with the healthy food they need to live, learn, and thrive. No Kid Hungry ensures children in America have access to nutritious meals both during the school year and in the summertime, and also teaches families the skills they need to shop and cook on a budget.

Every $1 donated can help to provide a child with up to 10 meals.

Help Our Team end childhood hunger by donating to any of the three campaigns, using the buttons below.
